  1. Jada, I hope you and your family have a great time in China. BTW I absolutely LOVE your show "HawthoRNe". It's better than ER! I literally held my breath when they were working on the baby that had been locked in the car. Such a sad ending there. I hope there is a Season 2, because we need real shows like this and not all the supernatural nonsense.
Yours, Christina (yes, that is my real name. My granddaughter, who we have custody of, calls me "Nanny".

  3. Very cool pictures. I haven't been able to visit China, but I did have an opportunity to go to Japan in 2008. Asia has a such a rich cultural heritage, and beautiful architecture. Hope you and your family enjoy your time away. Be safe and continued success.

This is Shelli (now "Akhasa") in B-more, as in Fallstaff, as in T.A.C., do you remember that one?

The last time I saw you, as in years ago, I was being shy, but you flagged me down in Owings Mills Mall.

Now that I've been making my own trademarked "LiAni" shawl which has gone to Camille Cosby, Oprah, and the First Lady- I'd better send you one- fast! You can see my picture(and the shawls)on www.facebook.com/The-Liani-Shawl

We love ya, keep up the good work!

  7. "I am a fraction of we, but that she be me...and I'm beautiful! The black on my back reflects how suitable. She understand, we gotta STAND for our style man...forget the norm, why conform...just profile man. You see my black is a gift, I still smell the newness...and the pride that's inside, I celebrate...you knew this; but for those who clueless...All you gotta do...Be BLACK...Be Beautiful...Be YOU!"

  8. Hey Jada

For 3 yrs I've been writing a screenplay for Will touching on all the themes close to his heart (human consciousness, evolution, the truth of who we truly are). I have a treatment I would love him to take a look at. Can you help in any way? I know this is an unconventional approach, but I'm trusting my intuition that you may be able to assist. Let me know if you'd like more information. There's a website link i could forward you. I can be contacted at calebpackham@mac.com

BTW I interviewed Will in Australia when I was a presenter for MTV.

    Peace and light to you.
    Caleb.

  11. WoW, I had only heard rumors about that movie actually going into production. Jaden is my favorite child star of ALL TIME on and off set. The way that he was CLOWNIN' (Detroit slang, Pardon me) on Will in that one Ellen interview...

I would LOVE to direct him one day in the near future. Keep him sharp for me! (I know it won't be hard for you, seeing as how sharp you keep yourself) Peace!

  12. Hi, I write to you out of despair and I hope you will take a little bit of your precious time to read me.
I'm one of the victim of what you may have heard of: global warming.
I guess you know about it and I wonder if you know that our planet is at the brink of extinction... if we don't do anything.
This climate change is already affecting my people (we're from an island and the rising sea levels&the severe disasters are our "reality") and many other countries.
I see the ocean "eating" slowly some parts of my town (Sante Marie in Martinique), I see more cyclones, floods, and I see my family from another island (in Pacific, Tuvalu) becoming climate refugee, having to be relocated...
I truly lost hope in politicians since the Copenhagen summit and... I think that maybe our last chance is stars and VIP like you, like your husband. People will listen to you (at least, it's worth a try). Now the big words: "how to save the planet"? Simply by being vegan. Why? Please, let me explain, in case you don't see the link there, because it took me time to realize it and this information is not really spread by the big media.
Meat industry is responsible of 51% of greenhouse gaz emissions (World Watch Institute report in 2009). It's way more than what the UN FAO's scary report (Livestock long shadow) was already saying in 2006 ("meat industry is polluting more than all the transportation combined"). Well, I bet you can find plenty proof of this statement anyway, (M. Rajendra Pachauri, Head of IPCC and Nobel Prize, explains it pretty clearly too).
Please, Jada, I really beg you and your family to be vegan and to say it outloud, to go on TV and explain to everyone why being vegan will help to curb global warming. Besides, being vegan (which is pretty easy with all the alternative to meat)will not only help curbing global warming, it will benefit your health (I'm trying since 3 years now and I can tell), and save some animals (I never thought about it before, but truly, if we love animals, it doesn't really make sense to eat them).
Well, I know this blog is not really the place to talk about all this, but I truly don't know what else to do... I'm from a caribbean island and also have family in a pacific island...and as you may know, some islands in the Pacific ocean are already sinking, right now.
I mean, I guess for many people this climate change means nothing... for some people, it means, losing their life, losing their homes, their livelihood, it means more severe disasters, hungers, etc.
I've been praying God for some help, but it seems that our fate is in our hands...
I know (well I guess) that talking about it may affect a little bit your fame, and I guess It's why sooo many politicians or media or vip don't talk about this urgent topic neither... I guess it's out of fear of being less popular or out of fear of the lobby... But, truly, is there room to be afraid of anything when our future is in danger? My people will have to soon be "climate refugees" and I'm not sure that the rich countries will be "spared" forever anyway... Scientists say that the water ressources will be affected too and that California for instance is already affected (just to give you an example).
So please, please, please, do consider my request, please help me, help us...help the planet.
I'm a huge caribbean fan of you and Will (you're both pretty famous even in our small island), that's why I thought about you... as I already said, out of despair.

    Thank you for time,
May God bless you and your family
    Michèle

  16. I am going to be successful but I am very humble. I really don't like to step on people toes....I wonder what would you do when you see something that needs to be changed and you have an idea on how to change it but it feels as if you will step over someone else authority!
